Space Foundation
Alex Grab has worked in education for more than 10 years. She is an Education Program Manager at Space Foundation, collaborating with her team to develop and implement space-inspired educational STEM curriculum.
As part of her role, Alex has developed the Space Foundation Leadership Academy which encompasses formal K-12 classroom programming. These include Junior Space Entrepreneur Program (JSEP), Cadet Space Explorer Program (CSEP), and Pioneer Space & Earth Program (PSEP). Each curriculum develops skills students need to enter the STEM workforce, while highlighting entrepreneurial professionalism through project-based learning.
She resides in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Alex is currently working toward her Doctor of Education in the Leadership for Educational Equity program, concentrating in STEM education, at the University of Colorado Denver. When she isn’t at work or school, you’ll find her hiking, snowboarding, or studying to be an amateur mycologist.
