Kristen Bredeson

Kristen Bredeson is a Talent Acquisition Manager for Ball Aerospace. She is responsible for managing a team of talent acquisition specialists and for bringing best practices, latest techniques and industry trends to the department. In her role, Bredeson coaches and mentors team members, and creates an environment for knowledge transfer and cross-training.

Bredeson manages the applicant life cycle from the sourcing of candidates through the application process, interviewing, the offer letter process, and onboarding. In order to establish a qualified pipeline of hiring candidates, Bredeson consults with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department.

Bredeson has been with Ball for three years. Prior to Ball, she worked for Aerotek for several years, specializing in technical staffing for engineering disciplines including software, hardware, systems, mechanical, quality, electrical, manufacturing, and industrial. She was responsible for the recruitment and on-boarding of engineering professionals in many sectors, with a focus on automotive, electronics, manufacturing, medical device, aerospace & defense, and telecommunications.

In addition, Bredeson is involved in the Ball Aerospace Women’s Resource Group and the Young Professionals Resource Group.

Bredeson received a B.S. in management from Purdue University.
